Common payment questions

This usually happens due to a delay between payment gateway and our server. Wait 10–15 minutes and refresh your account. If the plan is still not active, contact us using the form above with your registered mobile number and the payment screenshot.
Your premium access is valid for 30 days from the date of payment. After 30 days you will need to renew your plan to continue reading premium stories.
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of payment provided the subscription has not been heavily used. Send us your order ID and registered mobile number via the contact form and we will review it.
We accept UPI, Credit / Debit cards, Net Banking, and popular wallets through Cashfree payment gateway. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
